Team and Leadership
The Store Manager acts as the face of Pandora, fully embracing our culture and product range. Daily involvement on the shop floor involves engaging customers and collaborating closely with your team to achieve targets. This leadership role includes mentoring an Assistant Store Manager and a group of Retail Assistants to foster a thriving sales environment.

- Collaborating with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance challenges or compliance concerns effectively.
- Applying expertise in team leadership, brand representation, operational excellence, and customer service, ensuring flawless merchandising, smooth store operations, and continuous staff growth.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable success as a Store Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience within fast-paced, high-performing retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities to connect across diverse audiences.
- Strong commercial insight combined with analytical skills that contribute to positive business outcomes.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff, emphasizing succession planning and career progression within the team.
