Description de l'emploi
Role Overview
As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of multidisciplinary teams, spearheading patient care and facilitating intricate discharge processes. Your duties include delivering round-the-clock care, especially admitting patients from acute services and community step-up programs. The patients managed have multifaceted health issues and varied pathologies, requiring a blend of expertise and innovative approaches to care management.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities for Growth
We seek enthusiastic and proactive nurses eager to enhance their clinical knowledge, skills, and leadership capabilities by overseeing patient care from admission to discharge. Our dedicated Staff Nurses operate within in-patient wards, offering specialized, patient-centric treatment for individuals with predominantly physical chronic illnesses and those who are in post-acute recovery zones awaiting rehabilitation before returning home. Collaboration with Allied Health Professionals and medical teams is vital as you lead complex discharge planning and coordinate ongoing community-based care. This role provides extensive exposure to varied physical conditions and multiple pathologies.
Supporting and mentoring Student Nurses and Trainee Nurse Associates is a prized aspect of this position, contributing to the cultivation of future nursing professionals. Our team is nationally recognized for exemplary teaching and assistance.
