Overview

This position focuses on managing and expanding high-value accounts within Saudi Aramco and the wider Oil & Gas industry as part of the DBS portfolio. The Senior Sales Account Expert owns the end-to-end sales journey, shapes account growth plans, works closely with internal stakeholders, and helps deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. The role is important for driving revenue, reaching commercial goals, and building durable client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete sales process for assigned strategic accounts, starting from identifying opportunities and continuing through final deal closure.
  • Create account strategies and growth plans that match customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Spot and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across DBS offerings and services.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and service teams to keep solutions aligned and implementation successful.
  • Assist with RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and contract discussions.
  • Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
  • Keep up to date on market trends, client developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or another related discipline.
  • 10 to 14 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
  • Previous exposure to Oil & Gas clients or other complex B2B settings is an advantage.
  • Strong command of Arabic.
  • Good familiarity with Saudi Aramco procurement and contracting processes is strongly preferred.
