Role overview

Responsibilities

  • Carry out ADC’s business development plan in line with commercial priorities.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities in target markets and industry segments.
  • Prepare business cases, commercial proposals, and partnership structures with guidance from the Director.
  • Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline that supports revenue goals.
  • Research the market and assess competitors to uncover growth areas and emerging trends.
  • Help review strategic alliances and collaboration prospects.
  • Share insights based on data to improve go-to-market strategy and commercial positioning.
  • Handle day-to-day engagement with assigned clients and partners.
  • Assist with negotiations and commercial discussions within the authority provided.

  • Support activities that improve ADC’s market visibility and brand image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial strategy.
  • Background in telecom, connectivity, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Proven involvement in revenue-generating initiatives and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to commercial modelling and proposal preparation is an added advantage.
