Role Overview

We are seeking a committed Inclusion Teacher (SEN Teacher) to join our academic team in Doha, Qatar. This permanent position reports to the Head of Inclusion and involves leading an Inclusion classroom dedicated to supporting students with additional learning needs through tailored, high-quality teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized teaching adapted for various learning profiles and developmental requirements of students with SEN, fostering engagement, independence, social skills, and communication.

  • Work alongside therapists and specialists, incorporating therapeutic recommendations into classroom practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably holds SEN-specific certification or training.
  • Possesses a teaching qualification recognized by Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
  • Child Protection and Safeguarding training completed or willingness to complete upon employment.
  • At least three years of experience supporting students with SEND in a school environment, preferably including adapted or small-group settings.
  • Experience in international or multicultural schools is considered advantageous.
