Position Overview

As a Spa Service Specialist, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional spa support services that contribute to a distinctive and memorable guest experience. Your responsibilities include promoting spa offerings and retail products, managing reservations and appointment confirmations, assisting guests by answering service-related queries, handling guest check-ins, and processing payments with a seamless touch that enhances the overall spa experience.

Key Duties and Environment

You will contribute significantly to maintaining a safe working environment, adhere strictly to company policies and quality standards, and ensure a professional appearance and communication at all times. The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, navigating varying floor surfaces, using reservation software effectively, and performing physical tasks such as moving and positioning objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently and up to 25 pounds with assistance. Flexibility in physical movements including bending, twisting, and stooping is required to fulfill job responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

The position requires a minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent credential. No prior related work experience or supervisory background is necessary, and no licenses or certifications are mandated.
