Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Front Office professionals eager to advance their careers as Front Desk Agents. The role focuses on delivering excellent, customer-centered services with the goal of making every guest's stay memorable.
Key Duties
- Deliver prompt, polite, and efficient service to guests, ensuring high customer satisfaction through personalized attention from arrival to departure.
- Welcome guests by name when possible and escort them to their rooms to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide in-room and hotel introductions, assisting guests with inquiries and requests related to hotel activities.
- Stay informed about hotel facilities and local information, including operational hours, promotions, events, and attractions to effectively address guest questions.
- Keep abreast of daily room rates and hotel occupancy levels to manage bookings accurately.
- Follow established policies and procedures for Front Desk cashiering, ensuring all transactions are precisely handled.
- Process guest accounts from check-in through check-out, ensuring all incidental charges are correctly posted using computerized Front Office systems.
- Protect guest confidentiality by not disclosing personal information.
- Possess thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and facility updates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably hold a degree in hospitality management with prior Front Office experience in a hotel setting.
- Strong written and spoken English skills; knowledge of an additional language is beneficial.
- Proficient in computer usage, with Opera Front Office system experience regarded as an advantage.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
