Spa Attendant

Job Overview

The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in preserving the cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and operational readiness of all Wellness & Spa facilities. These areas include treatment rooms, public spaces, changing areas, relaxation lounges, the fitness center, wellness studios, and the Spa Retail Boutique. The position requires maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality to ensure guests experience impeccable service while assisting in daily departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Wellness & Spa areas meet strict cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards following Rosewood Brand, Forbes Five-Star, and LQA benchmarks.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, guaranteeing cleanliness and comfort for upcoming guests.
• Maintain a serene, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere throughout the wellness facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly.
• Manage linen supplies including collection, sorting, distribution, and storage to support continuous availability of fresh linens, towels, bathrobes, and slippers.
• Replenish amenities such as towels, beverages, toiletries, and treatment products as needed throughout operating hours.
• Support the setup and smooth execution of wellness activities, fitness classes, and related events.
• Ensure all spa and fitness equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and properly arranged during the day.
• Maintain the Spa Retail Boutique’s cleanliness, organization, and attractive presentation.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, Wellness Concierge, fitness staff, and other hotel departments to guarantee seamless guest services.
• Comply fully with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and health and safety regulations including HACCP and food safety standards.
• Report any hazards, defective equipment, or safety concerns immediately and follow up on maintenance requests to minimize disruption.
• Adhere to professional grooming standards and promote sustainability by using resources responsibly.
