Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Civil Execution to join our team at the Kalyan Shilphata site near Mumbai. The role primarily involves overseeing construction activities for high-rise residential projects to ensure timely and quality completion, effective contractor management, and strict compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction tasks aligned with the project schedule.
- Oversee RCC works, finishing, and coordination of MEP activities at the site.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and construction norms.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams such as Stores and Procurement.
- Plan and track resources including materials, workforce, and equipment requirements efficiently.
- Conduct verification of site materials and implement measures to minimize wastage.
- Ensure construction execution aligns precisely with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily progress updates, Management Information System reports, and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Identify potential risks or delays in the project and promptly report to the Project Manager.
- Facilitate seamless project execution leading to successful and timely completion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Have 5 to 10 years of experience in executing high-rise residential building projects with reputed real estate developers.
- Strong expertise in RCC work, finishing phases, MEP coordination, and managing contractors effectively.
- Solid knowledge of construction planning methodologies, quality assurance, and on-site execution processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information
Candidates able to join immediately or within 10 days will be preferred. The position reports directly to the Project Head.
