Role Overview
We seek a ServiceNow Architect based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to join our team in a full-time onsite capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the ServiceNow platform architecture with a particular focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, emphasizing ITSM.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and various modules, especially ITSM.
- Have a robust understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise integration standards.
- Be proficient with ServiceNow connectors, web technologies, and scripting languages utilized within the platform.
- Demonstrated experience integrating authentication and directory services such as SAML, SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments and complex integrations.
- Skilled in REST and SOAP APIs, along with data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Possess exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and leading technical teams successfully.
