Service Crew cum Dishwasher

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Crew cum Dishwasher to join our team at Takagi Ramen Pte Ltd in Singapore. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting food preparation, and providing efficient service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
• Keep the dishwashing area and outlet tables clean and organized.
• Provide assistance with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring rapid turnaround of dishware.
• Assist customers with the POS system when required.
• Collaborate with the team to manage high workload periods smoothly.

Requirements

• Minimum education of High or Senior High School diploma.
• Preferably less than one year of experience working in kitchen or food service environments.
• Competent in dishwashing techniques and kitchen hygiene maintenance.
• Basic cooking skills are advantageous.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and willingness to work cooperatively in a team.
