About the Role
This position is located in Dublin and follows a hybrid working model, with time split between home and a LinkedIn office according to team and business requirements. The role focuses on driving talent solutions sales, opening up new business opportunities, and supporting clients with recruitment and learning products.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new client acquisition with a strong, ambitious sales mindset.
- Consistently meet or outperform assigned revenue targets.
- Build pipeline through persistent prospecting and convert prospects by acting as a trusted advisor.
- Design and execute a territory plan, while tracking and sharing competitor intelligence.
- Produce dependable forecasts and keep leadership fully informed about pipeline health.
- Gather market feedback and relay it to product and marketing teams.
- Support teammates through coaching, feedback, and collaboration.
- Help define and share repeatable best practices for the wider team.
- Take initiative to solve issues beyond your immediate responsibilities and step into extra projects when needed.
- Look for opportunities to lead and contribute to the organization’s larger goals.
What We’re Looking For
You should bring at least 3 years of relevant sales experience and be fluent in English. Experience selling IT services, recruitment solutions, or HR software will be an advantage. Exposure to senior stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development leaders, is also preferred.
Additional strengths include managing SaaS opportunities in CRM/Dynamics, negotiating effectively, forecasting accurately, and handling complex sales cycles in competitive environments. The ability to use data to assess opportunities, influence decisions, and manage many active prospects at once is important. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
