Senior Recruiter (PSP / High Risk)

Position Overview

This recruitment role is offered on behalf of a partner company operating in Germany, seeking a Senior Recruiter specialized in PSP / High Risk sectors. The role is fully remote and contract-based.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and management of a scalable talent acquisition strategy in a dynamic, internationally expanding tech environment. Ownership of the complete recruitment process is expected, along with the chance to design and implement hiring methodologies from the start.

Close collaboration with business leaders and HR teams across functions such as technical, sales, risk, finance, compliance, and legal is crucial to secure outstanding professionals. The role blends strategic recruitment insight with practical execution including sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: candidate profiling, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes to boost candidate experience, selection efficiency, and hiring quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent hires across a wide array of business and technical functions.
• Devise sourcing strategies that strengthen inbound recruitment, referrals, and active talent hunting.
• Conduct thorough interviews assessing technical skills, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and build talent pools for sustained organizational growth and readiness.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers and HR staff to align recruiting with business needs.
• Introduce and leverage cutting-edge recruitment technologies including AI-based tools for improved efficiency.
• Utilize data and market insights to refine hiring practices continuously.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum five years of recruiting experience managing full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
• Expertise in sourcing and headhunting, with proven success engaging senior passive candidates.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced, international setting with excellent stakeholder management.
• Strong interviewing skills to accurately evaluate candidates’ capabilities and fit.
• Adoption of a data-driven recruitment outlook enabling measure-based decision-making.
• Self-driven with a knack for process improvements and initiative leadership.
• Experience with AI or other modern recruitment technology is advantageous.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and possess at least intermediate English proficiency to engage globally.
