Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for enterprise accounts, driving pipeline creation and revenue success.
- Generate and maintain a robust sales funnel via prospecting, territory planning, and lead management.
- Target and close deals with enterprise customers, especially organizations with over 1,000 employees.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities, forecast accurately, and monitor revenue flow.
- Formulate and carry out territory plans to uncover immediate and future revenue avenues.
- Strengthen partnerships with channel allies including resellers, MSPs, VARs, and system integrators.
- Onboard and empower new partners to augment demand creation and business expansion.
- Create partner strategies aligned with customer needs, sector focus, and partner capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and events that boost market visibility.
- Set financial objectives with strategic partners and oversee attainment of targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional channel efforts including sales, technical, and professional services teams.
- Provide consistent reporting on pipeline results, partner activities, and sales forecasts.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Experience in selling advanced technology products; experience in cybersecurity or software sectors is a significant asset.
- Well-versed in partner-driven sales strategies and engaging resellers, MSPs, VARs, or integrators.
- Possess an existing network of SMB and SME channel partners.
- Skillful in influencing decision-makers at various organizational levels within customer and partner groups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills suitable for high-velocity environments.
- Background in high-growth or startup technology firms is beneficial.
- Strong collaborative abilities and experience operating within matrixed organizations.
- Highly competitive, dedicated, and proactive in meeting objectives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
