Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding IT Managed Services Provider based in Essex. The company has experienced tremendous growth, scaling from £200k to £7m revenue in just four years while expanding its workforce from 4 to 28 employees. With ambitions to double in size again soon, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business.
About the Company
This IT enterprise operates three divisions: an IT VAR business supplying equipment and solutions, a Managed Services Provider offering support and ongoing services, and an IT Consultancy delivering project-based solutions.
Position Details
As a Sales Account Manager, your key responsibility will be to seek out new business opportunities as well as cultivate and expand accounts with current or former clients. The sales emphasis lies primarily on the managed services segment. The position offers a competitive base salary of approximately £50,000, supplemented with uncapped commission earnings.
Work Environment
Work is structured with three days per week at the Essex office and two days remote from home. The company is proud of its friendly, patient, and approachable leadership and team culture, fostering a supportive working atmosphere.
