Key Responsibilities
- Manage time office and payroll activities for permanent operators, ensuring accuracy of payroll data.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant statutory regulations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related logistics.
- Handle hotel bookings and accommodation management for employees.
- Oversee employee insurance administration.
- Perform various departmental duties as assigned periodically.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
