About the Role
Ajanta Products is on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive Senior HR Manager based in Patna, Bihar, to oversee and direct the comprehensive human resource functions. The selected individual will autonomously manage HR activities, formulate HR policies, uphold statutory compliance, and boost organizational growth through effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance appraisal processes, and exit procedures.
- Design, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace disputes with professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance records, leaves, payroll collaboration, and statutory registrations such as ESIC and PF.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive HR reports, employee files, and MIS statistics.
- Organize training and skill development programs for staff enhancement.
- Assist department heads with manpower planning and workforce allocation.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and foster organizational development.
- Lead and supervise the HR team to guarantee quality HR services.
Eligibility & Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial position.
- Possession of an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent advanced qualification is desirable.
- In-depth understanding of HR operations, labour legislature, compliance mandates, and HR-related documentation.
- Excellent leadership qualities, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to independently handle multiple HR tasks concurrently.
Working Hours & Location
The role operates on-site in Patna, Bihar with working hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000, contingent on experience and qualifications.
