About the Role
Ajanta Products is seeking a seasoned and result-driven Senior Factory Manager to supervise daily operations at the manufacturing facility in Daniawan, Patna. This leadership position demands robust managerial skills, deep knowledge of factory operations, and a commitment to enhancing productivity while upholding quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage entire manufacturing unit operations efficiently.
- Lead production planning efforts to achieve scheduled production goals.
- Monitor productivity levels, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency continuously.
- Optimize use of manpower, equipment, and raw materials.
- Develop and sustain quality control frameworks and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, stores, dispatch, procurement, and quality control teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, statutory laws, and organizational policies.
- Reduce production downtime and identify areas for continuous process optimization.
- Prepare detailed production reports, track key performance indicators, and report progress to senior management.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to production staff and supervisors.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing or factory environments with managerial responsibilities.
- Preferably experienced in leading manufacturing or factory units.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Sound understanding of production planning, quality management systems, inventory control, and factory administration.
- Able to manage multiple departments effectively under pressure to fulfill business goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 50,000 to INR 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours & Location
- Shift timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shift).
