Senior Contract Graphic Designer

Role overview

The Products & Industries Creative team is looking for a seasoned contract designer who can turn complex marketing challenges into clear, effective creative solutions. This role focuses on both digital and print deliverables and calls for strong concept development, design thinking, and polished execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for campaigns, e-books, email journeys, social media, webpages, and presentation decks.
• Build engaging event experiences for major events such as Dreamforce.
• Work closely with internal partners to shape consistent visual themes for email programs and website updates.
• Handle several client projects at once while keeping deliverables on schedule throughout the contract term.
• Create and present well-structured presentations that clearly explain design recommendations and solutions.
• Guide outside collaborators, including vendors and freelancers, by giving clear direction and actionable feedback.

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Working knowledge of AI-based workflows, especially Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
• Exposure to After Effects is considered a strong advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print work.

Compensation and pay details

The role offers a base pay of $45.00 to $47.00 per hour. Non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek, or as required by applicable state or local law. Final compensation depends on relevant skills, education, and experience.
