Overview
Join the vibrant and mission-driven team at Enabling Village, Singapore's pioneering inclusive community space aimed at empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers. As part of an exciting expansion phase, we are seeking a Senior Executive to enhance the Placemaking & Tenancy team, contributing creative marketing, tenant engagement, outreach, and administrative support to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Key Duties
- Lead and manage the Open Call initiative titled 'Invitation for Programmes,' cultivating partnerships with tenants, corporate bodies, community organizations, and government entities.
- Create and adapt visual content using design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, and execute basic video editing with tools like CapCut.
- Oversee communication channels with tenants and collaborators to ensure prompt and accurate information flow.
- Support placemaking efforts that enhance the overall experience within Enabling Village, including tenancy-related activities, event programming, contract processing, coordination with external partners, and venue application handling.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance encompassing scheduling, coordination, finance and invoicing tasks, thereby helping maintain smooth operation of ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma qualification in any field coupled with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in design adaptation, administrative support, and project management.
- Experience or skill in placemaking, tenancy, and partnership management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, innovation, and works effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to engage diverse stakeholder groups efficiently.
- Deep commitment to social impact and inclusion, dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends for event support, with compensatory time off granted.
