Senior Business Development Manager - Crypto & Digital Assets

Overview

This role represents a partner company seeking a Senior Business Development Manager operating out of Ireland. The core mission is to drive and expand strategic partnerships and foster growth within the cryptocurrency and digital asset sectors, particularly focusing on Eastern European markets such as Czechia and Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement business growth strategies aimed at enlarging the affiliate and partnerships ecosystem in target Eastern European regions.
• Source, engage, and nurture relationships with influential opinion leaders, VIP traders, affiliates, influencers, and trading communities to strengthen market presence.
• Oversee strategic partnerships through all phases including outreach, negotiation, initiation, and sustained collaboration.
• Design and launch growth programs to boost user acquisition, increase trading volumes, heighten content interaction, and enhance revenue via partner networks.
• Maintain robust partner relations by aligning their objectives with business priorities and offering ongoing support.
• Execute comprehensive market and competitor research to reveal trends and prospects for strategic improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Development and Marketing to communicate market insights and optimize offerings.
• Track and evaluate partnership performance using data-driven methodologies to refine campaigns and business strategies.
• Keep abreast of developments within the cryptocurrency industry, evolving trading behaviors, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.
• Represent the organization at partner forums, industry networks, and pertinent market discussions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent discipline, or possessing comparable professional experience.
• Demonstrated background in affiliate network development, business development, partnership management, or growth roles specifically within cryptocurrency, finance, trading, or tech sectors.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, trading markets, financial products, and prevailing industry trends.
• Proven ability in establishing and managing collaborations with affiliates, influencers, community groups, or valuable clients.
• Prior engagement with Czech and Slovak markets is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data and convert it into actionable strategic initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship maintenance skills.
• Driven by results with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing business objectives.
• Capability to work autonomously, juggle multiple tasks, and perform effectively in a multinational, fast-paced setting.
• A solid grasp of financial market mechanisms and regulatory frameworks within Eastern Europe.
• Fluency in English and Czech languages is mandatory; additional Eastern European languages are a plus.
• Experience with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, CFD brokers, or blockchain enterprises is highly preferred.
• Genuine passion for blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and emergent financial tech.
