What you will do

• Gather, assess, and confirm business and system needs across products, workflows, and data sets.
• Track requirements through the full delivery cycle, making sure they stay aligned with business goals.
• Help shape solution design by carrying out detailed analysis, identifying gaps, and using data-driven insights.
• Take a lead role in engaging stakeholders, building alignment, and guiding decisions.
• Support data migration work, including defining requirements and considering ETL impacts.
• Spot, monitor, and help manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
