Scheduler - Full Time, 12-Month Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to manage and maintain the rostering for our Home Care Workers to ensure optimal client care. This is a full-time, maximum term 12-month maternity leave position working afternoon shifts from 12pm to 8pm at our Hammondville office.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain client and staff schedules ensuring consistency, efficiency, and fairness.
• Manage roster rounds while adhering to care worker contracted hours.
• Collaborate as an active member of the centralized support team, maintaining accurate care worker data and providing system and staff administration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call center operations.
• Strong time management skills with the capability to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• High attention to detail demonstrated in similar roles.
• Excellent problem-solving ability combined with effective communication and coordination skills.
