Role Overview

In this role, you will manage inbound and return shipments by receiving, verifying, and inspecting items to ensure stock accuracy and quality. You will oversee the complete warehouse and logistics process, collaborating closely with logistics vendors to meet set objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound shipments and returned goods.
• Inspect and diagnose returned products for damage or missing components.
• Organize inventory by performing put-away and relocating goods based on condition.
• Pick, pack, and conduct quality assurance checks on orders.
• Dispatch shipments to couriers or logistics companies promptly.
• Execute all necessary transactions within warehouse management systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Conduct inventory controls, stock counts, and verify item locations.
• Carry out all standard warehouse operational duties.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma holder with 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in smart device repair.
• Familiarity with inventory and logistics software applications.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; independent, customer-oriented, result-driven, and disciplined.
• Adaptability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to face challenges, multitask, plan efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing capabilities focused on achieving outcomes.
• Ability to comply with operational procedures and develop strategic plans ensuring warehouse standards are upheld.
