Overview
Bizerba Canada is expanding its food labeling and packaging sales team, seeking dedicated Sales Representatives to enhance the Labels and Consumables division. This position requires collaborating closely with food manufacturers to provide labeling solutions that guarantee product safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and uphold brand consistency. The targeted territories are the Greater Toronto Area and Montreal regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and boost sales of labels and consumables by recognizing prospects and offering fitting solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage every phase of the sales process including finding new clients, nurturing relationships, and finalizing deals.
- Work jointly with clients to fully understand their needs and recommend appropriate products from Bizerba's catalog.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate preparation of files, proofing procedures, and resolving any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative connections with customer support teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Keep updated on Bizerba’s product lines, monitor competitors, and stay informed about industry developments.
- Utilize CRM software to organize sales pipelines, provide precise sales forecasts, and log activities systematically.
- Commit to business travel up to 80% within the designated regions to meet clients face-to-face.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years' experience in territory sales with documented consistent revenue growth annually.
- Experience in selling labels and consumables is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, effective presentations, and deal negotiations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for managing sales processes and generating reports.
- Highly self-driven, with excellent organizational capabilities and effective time management.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing decision-making and building customer confidence.
- Applicants must reside in or near the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal.
Additional Information
The salary offered for this role ranges between CAD 80,000 and CAD 90,000 annually. This is an active vacancy and candidates will be considered for immediate employment. Experience from both Canadian and international environments is welcomed.
