About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and results-focused Business Development Executive to promote SaaS-based business solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and larger organizations. This role requires a candidate driven by sales goals, with outstanding communication capabilities and a solid history of meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell SaaS solutions to potential customers.
- Utilize qualified sales leads provided by the company to maximize outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients to comprehend their business needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Keep precise sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success in SaaS or B2B sales environments.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and readiness to travel extensively within Bengaluru city.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Kannada; knowledge of other regional languages is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred.
