About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead project sales for Commercial & Infrastructure segments in Qatar, focusing on the Eaton PMCC product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project sales efforts in Qatar for commercial and infrastructure sectors, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with MEP contractors to secure Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for Eaton panel builders and coordinate with the panel builder sales team to finalize deals.
- Work in partnership with Eaton panel builder Key Account Managers to host monthly project review meetings, setting actionable plans for ongoing and quoted projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers among contractors and end-users, proactively conducting customer visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop account strategies, prepare monthly performance reports, and promote a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Adopt the "One Eaton" approach by supporting cross-divisional efforts to enhance synergistic sales.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing project business.
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage (LV) products and systems.
- Prior experience in the Qatar market is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities.
