Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specialized in share market products to join Delify Investments Private Limited, located in Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on expanding our customer base by generating leads, acquiring new Demat and Trading accounts, and promoting various investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Acquire new customers for Demat and Trading accounts.
- Explain investment opportunities related to the stock market to prospective clients.
- Promote and cross-sell Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and other related financial products.
- Develop and nurture long-standing client relationships.
- Prepare and conduct client meetings and investment presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Follow up on potential leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain precise client records and daily sales documentation.
- Keep abreast of changes and trends in financial markets and investment products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory; degrees like B.Com, BBA, or MBA are preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Banking, Broking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or financial sales roles is advantageous.
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven skills in sales and customer acquisition.
- Confidence in engaging with customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-driven approach and ability to meet targets consistently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated individual.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 35,000 INR per month.
