Role Overview
Mocozy Interior Solutions is hiring an energetic and target-oriented Sales Engineer for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have an engineering foundation, strong sales capability, and hands-on exposure to the fit-out sector. This position suits someone who can engage clients confidently, understand project needs, build strong relationships, and turn leads into completed projects.
This opportunity is intended for a persuasive sales professional who is comfortable dealing directly with customers, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. Candidates who are not confident in client-facing sales conversations and closure should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify fresh business opportunities and develop durable relationships with homeowners, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Meet clients at the showroom and at project sites to gather details about their requirements, budgets, and objectives.
- Explain interior fit-out proposals, materials, finishes, and technical alternatives in a clear and convincing way.
- Suggest solutions that are practical, commercially sensible, and aligned with quality expectations.
- Carry out site inspections and coordinate measurements whenever needed.
- Work with the design and commercial teams to prepare quotations and cost estimates.
- Negotiate terms effectively and close sales while protecting company margins.
- Stay in touch with clients across the sales process to improve conversion and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Project teams to support seamless project delivery.
- Keep CRM records accurate and contribute to monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a similar engineering field is required.
- At least 3–5 years of demonstrated sales experience in interior fit-out within Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong technical familiarity with fit-out works such as joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, decorative finishes, glass, stone, custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior doors.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of earning client trust, influencing decisions, and closing high-value projects.
- Good commercial judgment and strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand project specifications.
- Experience in preparing quotations and working alongside technical and commercial teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- A valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
Additional Information
This position is based in Doha, Qatar and is a full-time, onsite role. It is focused on direct sales performance, relationship building, and successful project conversion. Arabic language fluency is essential for this role.
