Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and validate daily sales operations conducted by the Sales Team.
• Verify that all bookings, client payments, and related details are diligently updated in the CRM and other software platforms.
• Reconcile sales records with invoices and proofs of payment to ensure consistency.
• Create and maintain detailed reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Monitor and follow up on pending updates by liaising with sales personnel.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies and report them promptly to the manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation protocols.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency with basic computer functions including MS Office and email communication.
• Strong capability in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization is a favorable added skill.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist in reporting and enhance productivity.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to data accuracy and detail.
• A quick learner with good observational skills and ability to coordinate effectively.
• Responsible and organized approach with a process-driven mindset.
• Previous experience with quality checks or audits is preferred.
