The Role

We are seeking dedicated sales professionals to promote the adoption of JoVE products within universities and colleges. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented achiever committed to succeeding and growing with the company. Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, building upon our established presence and driving growth throughout the Middle East. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory.
  • Actively generate pipeline opportunities and guide them through the sales process to meet quarterly sales objectives.
  • Conduct consistent daily outreach to schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations, thereby generating and qualifying new business leads.
  • Deliver product presentations, both online and in-person, to researchers, faculty, and academic librarians.
  • Utilize industry trends and market intelligence to create effective account strategies that boost sales performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets, contribute to team projects, and participate in campaigns.
  • Represent JoVE at trade shows and engage in other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS environments.
  • Full professional fluency in the Arabic language is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, effective both in-person and online.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and platforms like HubSpot is necessary.
  • Comfort and confidence in interacting with clients and product users.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and eager to acquire new skills.
  • A strong desire to succeed, with a demonstrated ability to remain resilient and overcome challenges.
