Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Room Attendant in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maintaining spotless guest rooms and public areas in line with the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene expectations. Core duties include bed making, linen changes, dusting, vacuuming, restocking guest supplies, responding politely and quickly to guest needs, and raising maintenance concerns when found. The position also involves keeping rooms and corridors orderly and safe, supporting linen collection and sorting, working with laundry and housekeeping colleagues, and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards. The Room Attendant is expected to contribute to a warm, well-kept environment that enhances the guest stay.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping or room attendant duties within hotels or resorts is helpful, though it is not always mandatory.
• Certificate or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a comparable hotel role is required.
• Strong English communication skills are needed for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Good attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team, and a strong focus on guest service are essential.
• Applicants must be able to share at least two professional references from previous employers, and these references must come from official hotel or company email addresses.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures, receive training, and work in a physically active role is expected.
• Basic English is important; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
