Role Summary

The Spa Attendant helps keep the spa pristine, organized, and welcoming, while supporting guests and the spa team to deliver a calm, high-end wellness experience. The role is important for maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and service standards throughout the spa.

Key Duties

• Keep treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing spaces spotless, orderly, and supplied with essentials.
• Welcome visitors and provide towels, robes, and other items they may need.
• Set up treatment rooms before services begin and restore them afterward.
• Refill towels, linen, toiletries, and other spa consumables as needed.
• Help maintain the spa atmosphere by checking lighting, music, and the overall look and feel of the space.
• Support therapists and other spa colleagues whenever assistance is required.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and service requests.
• Observe all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in a spa attendant role or a similar hospitality position is an advantage.
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness are essential.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach are needed.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is expected.
• Basic familiarity with spa facilities and services is preferred.
