About the Role
Crossing Hurdles is partnering with an AI organization that develops systems capable of understanding real-world professional processes. They are in search of seasoned insurance practitioners to critically evaluate AI-generated results, spot mistakes, and enhance the system's industry-specific reasoning by leveraging practical insurance sector knowledge. This position demands hands-on experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial functions, or policy management, rather than theoretical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-produced outputs to ensure their accuracy, logic, and alignment with domain-specific standards.
- Convert authentic insurance workflows into organized tasks for artificial intelligence platforms.
- Engage with scenarios related to underwriting choices, claims evaluation, risk pricing, and policy interpretation.
- Document your analytical thought process and assumptions in a clear, written format.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in sectors such as Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Risk Management, or Policy Administration within the insurance industry.
- Professional certifications like CPCU, ARM, ACAS, FCAS, or other equivalents are preferred.
- Proficient written English skills to effectively articulate reasoning.
- Commitment to dedicate 15 to 20 or more hours weekly with consistent availability.
- Comfortable with remote working setups and asynchronous communication.
Additional Details
- Work is entirely remote, allowing candidates from anywhere across India to participate.
- Flexible schedules with asynchronous work arrangement provide great time-management freedom.
- Compensation is US $70 per hour, with payments made biweekly via Deel.
- The selection process excludes traditional interviews, utilizing a streamlined approach involving profile review, a brief assessment, and an onboarding call.
- This is a long-term contract project rather than a one-time assignment.
