About the role
This position sits within the retail finance function and plays an important part in keeping financial operations accurate and current. You will support mid-office reconciliations, monitor outstanding transactions, and help ensure ledgers remain clean and well maintained. The role also involves working closely with frontline consultants and responding promptly to their queries.
Key duties
- Carry out retail finance operations tasks with a strong focus on reconciliation work.
- Keep mid-office reconciliations up to date and accurate.
- Track and clear outstanding transactions in a timely manner.
- Help ensure ledger records are complete and correctly balanced.
- Provide quick and helpful responses to queries from front-end consultants.
What you should bring
- Previous experience in a finance operations role, especially one involving reconciliations.
