- Collaborate with process owners and agency stakeholders to identify further opportunities for regional improvement.
- Create and deliver training for Business Process Specialists and related stakeholders across agencies.
- Support regional change management efforts, address concerns from employees, and help teams move smoothly into new ways of working.
- Prepare regular progress reports for regional leadership covering achievements, risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to project management methods or formal knowledge of PMP, PMI, Agile, or Scrum is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience using continuous improvement methods.
- Experience in container shipping, logistics, maritime, transportation, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Change management certification or practical experience supporting transformation initiatives.

- High attention to detail, strong process analysis ability, and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in regional or matrix structures.
- Knowledge of process mining, including experience with process mining tools, would be beneficial.
Preferred Attributes

- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative independently.
- Adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
