Role Overview

Urban Ridge Supplies is looking for a driven Recruitment Officer who can take ownership of hiring activity and deliver strong talent outcomes. This position is best suited to someone with a solid background in recruiting for Facilities Management (FM) and Engineering positions, and who can confidently attract skilled candidates for technical and operational roles.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the recruitment process end to end, from initial candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Find suitable candidates using job boards, social media channels, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review applications, carry out interviews, and manage assessment coordination.
  • Develop and nurture a reliable talent pool for FM and Engineering vacancies.
  • Draft job advertisements and publish openings on relevant platforms.
  • Handle offer coordination, reference verification, and onboarding support.
  • Monitor hiring data and share recruitment progress updates and reports.
  • Follow internal policies and sound recruitment practices to keep hiring compliant.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is needed.
  • Applicants should have direct experience recruiting for Facilities Management and Engineering roles.
  • Strong familiarity with candidate sourcing methods and recruitment channels is important.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination abilities are expected.
