Role Overview
This position entails spearheading the creation and execution of recruitment strategies that correlate with company goals. You will lead a recruitment team to fulfill staffing objectives while overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, assessment, hiring, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment approaches consistent with organizational targets.
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment team to meet hiring goals effectively.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing methods and collaborations.
- Collaborate with top management and heads of departments for workforce planning and addressing critical recruitment needs.
- Set up recruitment policies, workflows, and key performance indicators for the hiring process.
- Enhance recruitment processes leveraging applicant tracking systems, data analytics, and digital recruitment technologies.
- Control recruitment budgets and manage relationships with employment agencies and external partners.
- Ensure all recruitment procedures comply with internal policies and labour laws.
Applicant Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated capability in managing recruitment teams and overseeing large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and HR industry standards.
- Prior experience in multinational firms or rapidly expanding businesses is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient analytical skills, including practical use of HR databases and recruitment analytics tools.
