Recruitment Consultant - APAC

Role overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be based in India and support hiring for the APAC region. This role suits someone with solid recruitment experience and a good grasp of the hiring environment across APAC markets.

What you will do

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for APAC-based client requirements.
• Identify potential candidates using job portals, social networks, and professional outreach.
• Review profiles, conduct screenings, and prepare shortlists of suitable applicants.
• Run interviews and evaluations to assess skills, experience, and job fit.
• Support candidates through the process, including interview coaching and compensation discussions.
• Keep candidate information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.

Skills and experience needed

• Bring 2 to 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to APAC hiring.
• Be comfortable using sourcing platforms such as Foundit and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Have the ability to develop strong working relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Be confident using recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Demonstrate strong organization and a sharp eye for detail.
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Understand labor laws and employment regulations relevant to APAC markets.
