Role Overview
This position is for a results-focused Recruitment Business Development Manager who will help expand the business by bringing in new clients and strengthening existing client relationships. The role calls for hands-on experience in recruitment sales, client acquisition, and account management, along with a clear understanding of staffing and talent acquisition services.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, email outreach, and referrals.
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
- Work toward and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Handle discussions on contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled on time and successfully.
- Create and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and industry changes to uncover growth opportunities.
- Keep sales records, client communications, and pipeline updates accurate in the CRM system.
- Meet clients regularly to deepen partnerships and identify further business possibilities.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a similar discipline is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development within domestic recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
- A demonstrated history of meeting sales and revenue targets.
- Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Capability to create and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
