About Professional Case Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle by developing and implementing recruitment strategies for home healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses for clinical trials.
  • Identify, screen, and source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional organizations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Staffing, Regional Directors/Clinical Operations, and HR teams.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to clearly understand position requirements and to identify suitable talent.
  • Partner with HR to support recruitment and onboarding processes, including creating job descriptions, extending offers, coordinating pre-boarding activities like background checks and drug screenings, and scheduling new hire orientation.
  • Provide candidates with comprehensive and inspiring details about the company and available positions.
  • Manage communication logistics and scheduling for recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting using applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs aligned with succession planning.
  • Understand and represent PCM’s culture and values effectively to assess candidate fit.
  • Champion diversity recruitment practices and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
  • Knowledge of EEOC and employment-related legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Preferably, experience in healthcare recruiting or within staffing agencies.
  • Experience utilizing recruitment marketing and branding, including social media, is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for job fairs, meetings, or other recruitment events.
