Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a continuous pipeline of suitable candidates for anticipated roles.
- Conduct interviews either telephonically or face-to-face.
- Evaluate applicants by reviewing resumes and interview outcomes to determine suitability.
- Act as the primary contact for any candidate inquiries.
- Achieve weekly goals related to outreach via calls and emails.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Energetic with a strong enthusiasm for recruiting.
