Real Estate Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for grasping client requirements, suggesting appropriate properties, organizing site visits, maintaining ongoing communication with prospective buyers, and assisting customers throughout their property purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information about customer preferences and needs.
• Recommend properties that align with client requirements.
• Arrange and accompany clients on property and project visits.
• Maintain effective follow-up communications with potential buyers.
• Offer ongoing support to customers until the completion of their property purchase.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Ready to work towards sales targets and performance goals.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 50,000 INR depending on experience and performance.
