About INTAS Foundation
INTAS Foundation, the CSR division of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is dedicated to impactful social responsibility projects aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities throughout India. Initiatives like Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, Patient Assistance Programs, and other emerging projects have reached over 6.9 million individuals across 31 states and union territories. The Foundation operates with strong regional and state teams focused on designing, executing, and scaling meaningful programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and activities of the Apna Ghar – Transit Home adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with hospitals, doctors, and other service providers to promptly address patient needs.
- Ensure the transit home maintains full occupancy and that the requirements of patients and their caregivers are met effectively.
- Supervise and lead a small team of service providers, ensuring timely availability of necessary resources.
- Participate in and support CSR activities at the designated site.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree such as MSW, MPH, MA in Social Science, or MBA.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the healthcare sector focusing on cancer and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
- In-depth understanding of healthcare programs and schemes related to NCDs within the state.
- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to effectively oversee the project.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, experienced in multidisciplinary collaborations.
- Detail-oriented approach with accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, fluency in English, and knowledge of the local language.
