Role overview
This position is focused on growing V-Guard’s Solar Power Systems business in the assigned territory by building a strong dealer and distributor network, improving sales performance, and increasing brand visibility across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and activate new distributors and dealers for Solar Power Systems offerings.
- Work toward primary and secondary sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain product presence in the market through availability, visibility, and basic merchandising support.
- Assist distributors in expanding territory reach and growing dealer coverage.
- Plan and run local promotional activities and sales schemes to boost demand.
- Monitor competitors and relay actionable market insights to the business team.
- Prepare and share routine sales updates and territory reports.
Candidate profile
The role is suitable for graduates; an MBA is preferred. The expected background is 3 to 15 years of experience in solar power systems, solar products, inverters, batteries, or stabilizers. The job calls for strong channel development ability, confident communication, negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.
