Job Overview
We are inviting applications for a proactive and results-oriented Relationship Manager to become part of our Private Banking team. This position is focused on expanding, maintaining, and nurturing a portfolio of affluent clients by delivering customised financial services that add significant value.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with high-net-worth clients through bespoke financial solutions, proactive engagement, and exemplary service standards.
- Perform detailed financial analyses and develop personalised banking strategies while ensuring full adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.
- Monitor industry developments, evaluate competition, and generate performance reports to assist strategic decision-making and fuel growth.
Qualifications
- Degree aligned with FAIS in Business Commerce at NQF 7 level or higher.
- Mandatory FAIS Representative certification in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
- At least seven years in the financial services sector with five to seven years dedicated to relationship management or private banking roles.
- Proven capability to assess client financial needs, pinpoint opportunities, and deliver custom-tailored financial solutions beneficial for both client and institution.
- Successful track record in acquiring, retaining, and managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Experience with credit application structuring and managing complex lending, investment, and offshore products.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial intelligence, and consumer banking offerings.
