Role Overview
This role involves the planning and organizing of facility development, including new buildings, renovations, and equipment upgrades, to create user-friendly hospital environments from the perspective of patients, staff, infection control, and energy-saving considerations at the National Hospital Organization's hospitals.
Qualifications
- Graduates or expected graduates from technical colleges, junior colleges, universities, or graduate schools.
- Applicants must not be currently serving sentences of imprisonment or greater, nor be within two years after dismissal due to disciplinary measures.
- Applicants with exclusively foreign nationality must hold recognized residency statuses such as Permanent Resident, Spouse of a Japanese National, Spouse of a Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, or Special Permanent Resident.
Compensation
Monthly base salary example for new university graduates at headquarters with a rented accommodation (rent 80,000 JPY): 278,880 JPY (including base pay, regional allowance, housing allowance).
For mid-career hires with 5 years' experience: 309,120 JPY monthly.
Salary varies by location and is determined comprehensively based on education and experience per the National Hospital Organization's salary regulations.
Annual salary increase once per year and bonus twice a year (June and December).
Typical annual salary estimates:
New graduate (1st year): approx. 4.1 million JPY
3 years experience (age 25): approx. 4.8 million JPY
5 years experience (age 27): approx. 5.0 million JPY
13 years experience (age 35, section chief): approx. 6.1 million JPY
Work Location
Main office at the National Hospital Organization Headquarters, Meguro, Tokyo.
Opportunities exist for personnel exchanges and career development across other related offices in Tokyo including regional healthcare promotion organizations and advanced medical research centers.

- Bonuses paid twice annually in June and December.
