Performance Tester (JMeter/LoadRunner/Dynatrace) - Women Hiring Drive

About the Role

Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting operating across 46 countries, is seeking skilled Performance Testers with expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace. This position is open nationwide in India and targets women candidates to support their digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the consulting team throughout project phases such as problem analysis, resource estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
• Investigate alternative approaches through extensive research, including literature reviews and vendor evaluations, and develop proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Translate business requirements into precise requirement specifications, define future state processes, and create detailed functional designs.
• Configure solution requirements for designated products, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, clarify ambiguities, and identify viable solution alternatives.
• Contribute to both unit-level and broader organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in performance testing.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace is mandatory.
• Educational qualifications including BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/ME/BSc/MSc/MS in any specialization.

Eligibility

Candidates with a Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, or Bachelor/Master of Science in any field are eligible to apply.
