About the role
Join a collaborative engineering team as a Performance Test Engineer focused on improving the speed, stability, and scalability of software products. Core responsibilities
- Plan and run performance testing scenarios using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Review outcomes from test runs, pinpoint slowdowns or capacity issues, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Work alongside development teams to bring performance testing into the software delivery process.
- Use Dynatrace for application monitoring and troubleshooting during testing and analysis.
- Document test observations, conclusions, and suggested improvements in clear reports.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related specialization. The role calls for 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, with strong working knowledge of LoadRunner and JMeter. Applicants should be comfortable interpreting data, identifying performance risks, and communicating technical findings effectively. Experience with Dynatrace and exposure to complex software landscapes will be an advantage.
