Role Overview

The People & Culture Advisor acts as a trusted ally for leaders and employees, managing the entire employee lifecycle. This role is heavily interactive, working intimately with assigned groups and contributing to various P&C projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to specific client groups regarding employee relations.
  • Serve as the main contact between P&C Operations and the assigned groups on employee concerns, investigations, and performance management, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Evaluate workforce metrics — including attrition, engagement, headcount, and performance trends — and advise accordingly.
  • Administer leave requests such as FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, and Short Term Disability.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance tasks including safety training documentation and labor law postings.
  • Support employee engagement activities like recognition programs and surveys.
  • Offer coaching and development initiatives tailored to operational sites and client groups.
  • Work collaboratively both cross-functionally and within the P&C team to maintain consistent employee experiences.
